Exercise Foundations(Adults 55+), Sat,10-11:30am

Join Registered Kinesiologist Serena Peck for a 6-week exercise program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your fitness journey. Each 90-minute session includes approximately 30 minutes of practical education and 45 minutes of guided exercise, with time built in for questions.
The weekly education session breaks down the fundamentals of exercise, current movement guidelines, common myths, and strategies for exercising safely and effectively. This program delivers science-based, accessible information to support your long-term health and mobility.

The exercise portion focuses on safe, functional movement helping you build strength, balance, and mobility in a supportive environment. The program includes a take-home workbook to support your learning.
