Personal Journaling, Mon 6-8pm (Nov/Dec)

Get to know yourself in this gentle journaling course! We’ll explore all styles of personal writing from traditional to experimental. Each session combines multiple solo writing prompts with creative activities and group discussions.

Your instructor is a former psychiatric nurse with an MFA in creative writing. Even if you’re shy, introverted, and/or neurodiverse, this course is designed to be safe for you. It’s a judgment-free practice zone; we collaborate on brainstorming but do not share any personal writing with each other.

Regular journaling has incredible benefits for your mental health, communication, and self-expression. Join us to get started or expand your skill set!

Suitable for all experience levels. Writing materials will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred.

Note:

Minimum 7 business days required to cancel registration for refund.
